Anastigmat Voigtar f/6.3 lens, cannot identify the shutter but it is either of: Prontor, Compur, Compur Rapid or even Skopar. I am struggling to ID the shutter as it is not marked in any way and doesn't really match any of the many images I can see on the Internet.
As this has a folding finder as well as the brilliant finder, the best guess for a year would be 1930, it handles two sizes of film (120 as 6x9 or 6.5x11).
