Made in Germany between 1937 until 1950, though this looks like the late model with the cast-Hydronalium alloy top plate made between 1946 and 1950 as it also has the accessory shoe and double exposure prevention.

The lens on ths one was 'frozen' (a common failing), a teardown and regrease solved this.
